0.9% Sodium Chloride Irrigation, USP is a sterile isotonic saline solution intended for compatible irrigation and washing applications as directed by product labeling and clinical protocol. The 500 mL container provides sterile normal saline for procedures where an irrigation solution is indicated. It is not described here for injection or intravenous administration.
