The BD Eclipse safety needle system combines a detachable 25 G x 5/8 inch thin-wall hypodermic needle with a 1 mL BD Luer-Lok syringe. The Eclipse needle incorporates a hinged safety shield that can be activated after use to cover the needle tip. The product is single-use and supplied 50 units per box.
